We ship to most countries around the world and to make things easier for our customers we offer Standard Shipping method for all International orders. (3-7 Working Days)

International Standard Shipping will take approximately 6 - 7 working days, this could be longer depending on destination country,

Standard Delivery is 6 - 7 Days €5

Express Delivery is 3 - 5 Days €7

These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive between 1-5 working days after placing your order. (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days.)

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from SEVEN GATES. However, if this is not the case, we will refund an item you are unhappy with, within 28 days of receiving your order. The item must be in a re-saleable condition. We do not accept returns for any earrings for hygiene reasons.

Please note, before making a purchase that any item returned may take up to 2-3 days to be refunded back to you. If there is any fault with your item please notify us within 24hrs of receiving the goods.

Please note, free items must be returned with your order. If not, any free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund.

Please follow the steps below to return your parcel to us:

1. Go on Returns Center and follow the returns instructions.
2.Re-pack the item in sealed bag with all packaging still attached.

3.Please attach your label or use the QR code emailed to you when you requested the return

4.Return the package by using any EVRI drop off location.

5.Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

6.Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund of the item/s will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method. It will take up to 2-3 working days depending on your bank to refund your account, you will receive an email stating your account has been credited.   

International Returns

As an International customer you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties. Please also note, we do not refund international customs taxes and sales charges. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it. We strongly recommend using a tracked and shipped service for return as we cannot refund/exchange items that don't reach us safely.
